Wriggling along the crost of a hill they pulled up a 30 per cent. tilt, around a sharp hair pin and down a 30 per cent grado that was equally tough on driver and car. This slackened into a 10 per cont. grado at the three-mile point. Past this point the course roso slightly in an over twisting circuit down the home slratch to the oval track.
