The eleventh fair hold from Soptember 9th to 18th., inclusive, at Utrecht, was in evory respect successful, the local Nether- lands Consulāto informs us. À lively tone prevailed, Kout business was done, and thors was considerable satisfaction in rogard to now business, connos- tions especially as at this fair, more than
hitherto, foroiga countries turned up as buyers. The Dutch Indios

Altogether 768 participators woro ropresontod, as against 756, in the autumn fair of last year; and the number of visitors was 34,372 us against 25,056. for the proceding Fair. It must not be lost sight of that, in regard to those lattor figuros, the business character of the fair is strictly maintained and care is taken that business men only visit the fair by means of a special system for the distribution of tickets through the intermediary of business associationsi
