THE RUSSIAN TREATIES.
London, Nov. 14.
Persons well informed discredit the suggestion that the Cabinet committee dealing with the Zinovieff letter and Russian questions! will consider the revision of the decision to recognise Russia. As far as the treaty is concerned the ratification thereof rests with parliament-Reuter.
