New York, Nov. 5.. While official figures are not yet available, Mr. Coolidge seems certain of re-election by a sweeping majority. Both the World and the Times have conceded victory to Mr. Coolidge by twenty-two hours, though the returns are very incomplete, especially from the Western States.
