who were the actual owners of the cargo on board the 8.8, "Takufuku Maru" at the time of the loss of that steamer that the British Admiralty Court have: mado a Decreo of Limitation.on behalf of the s.s. "Heimdal". whose owners, liavo now admitted liability for the collision, limiting iho latter stoamer's liability to some extent under the term of the Morchant Shipping Acts, and have ordered all claims to ba brought in by the 23rd. Decembar 1924,
