It is very usual to leave ordering Gas Fires until Winter arrives, then everybody wants them. fixed at once, vexatious delays inevitably occur through congestion of orders and the work has to be done more hurriedly than is desirable.

To obviate this trouble the Company has decid- ed to replace the present rates of hiring gas fires namely $1.00 per month, by an annual charge of $5.00 payable in advance. This means that the hiring fees are entirely unaffected by the time of the year at which the apparatus is installed. The installation fee of $5.00 remains uncharged.
