ot. French Consular authorities are Investigating the seizure half a million dollars worth of liquors from the Freisch owned steamer Mulhouse, by pirates. The Mulhouse, on arrival, reported that she had been held up on the 24th of June and boarded by thirty piratea from Now York on a "speed boat." The skipper, M.
