While writers are of the opinion that Zaglul, In view of his incompromis- ing attitude, should abandon his visit to London, others admit there la room for adjustment of administration, which can be con- veniently discussed with Zaglul in London.

Paris, June 27. Rendering account in Parliament of the conversations Chequers, and Brussels, M. Herriot expressed confidence in the acceptation of the report of the Experts. There was never a ques- tion of alienating the freedom of action of France and Belgium, regarding the military occupation of the Ruhr. Prooiler Macdonald told them that in the event of German default in the execution of the report of the Experts, Britain would solemnly undertake to atand by her allies.

M. Herriot and Mr. Macdonald were entirely agreed as to tho necessity of disarming Germany, The Bolgians expressed complete i agreement did not raised the sightest difficulty.

M. Herriat will insist on the equitable solution of the inter- Allied debta and watch out that French interesta do not suffer in the forthcoming negotiations. The results of the inter-Allied 'con- ference will be submitted to Parliament before the holidays.-Router.

Following M. Herriot's declarations in the Chamber in regard to expelled Germans, permission has already been given for thirty thousand persons to return to French occupied territory. The return of the majority of those expelled will be rendered possible shortly and the majority of those sentenced to prison at the time of the Ruhr conflict will be freed.-Reuter.
