Mr. A. Dyor Ball. The landlord sued for possession, but this notion was adjourned pending the result of the appeal ouse which was heard last wook.

Mr. Brooks sold that Yick Loong was the tenant of 39, Queen's Road Wost, ground floor, where he carried on businoes as a tailor.
