It is understood that the British Government has written to M. Sabline, the present occupant of the former Russian Embassy in London, who is acting as Recretary to the old Tsarist staff, express- ing the opinion that the proporty belonging to the old Government i should be regarded as belonging to the present Government. RÚSSIAN INDUSTRIALISTS.

The trial has concluded of sixteen industriallats charged with economile espionage, corruption and unfair practices. Two were sentenced to death and a number of others to long terms of im- prisonment. All the accused were connected with the textile trust.
