CLOSING SHOOT OF THE SEASON.

The elusing shoot of the sonson of the Taikou Ritle Club took place at the Taikoo Kange yesterday, com mencing at 10 a.m. This was in the naturo of a tenna shost between members and friends, tho tenis being drawn from a hat, to form the respective sides, explained by Commur. Wray, H. M. 8. Dos patel, and Mr. C. H. YACHTING.

A DISAPPOINTING DAY, The weather altogether upset the Aine programme of the Royal Hong- kong Yacht Club's closing cruivo on Saturday, most of the oventa having to be cancelled. They will; ; however, talte place next Saturday.

The cruisers male their start in good order from Murray Pier at the appointed time and in the heavy weather bad quite a good race. The course was to Channel Rock with the Enish at the Club House line.
