MORE FRICTION IN DUBLIN.
Dublin, March 19. Late last night troops surrounded a public-house in Parcell Square, Dublin, where it was reported that 30 to 40 wanted men had assembled, including Tobin and Dalton.
This grave situation is believed to be a sequel the recent Army trouble, and is indicated by the fact that several Ministers visited the scene of operations. It was officially announced this morning, that the ten officers who left their posts, were arrested on the roof of the public-house. It is believed that there are more men on the roof, and the search is proceeding ---Reuter,
Later.
The siege, wherein a large force of military-Armoured cars, and machine-guns participated, was raised at 10,30 this morning. No further arrests have been made. Tobin escaped and Dalton was not present. The arrested people include Colonel O'Mally, three otheri colonels, and four commandants-Reuter.

Mr. Geoffrey Drage in a letter to the Times, in connection with the Singapore base, dwells upon the policy and needs of Japan. which he declares completely controls the West Pacific, and now sims at the mastery of the islands in that area, and the continent adjacent thereto.

Otherwise we shall drift into war, because the Pacifists will be again taken an speaking for Britain. The Naval base at Singapore is the test of our resolution."-Rexter.
