1. Von Lossow was yesterday Aned ten rentenmarks for contempt of court after walking out of the treason trial following the outburst af von Hitler, who accused him of breaking his word. Von Lossow did not appear.to-day, but sent a curt letter refusing to testify "Hor reasons clear to all present yesterday." Solicitors for defendants demanded the issue of a warrant against von Lossow.
Later The President ordered von Lossow to pay a fize of Afty gold marks, with the alternative of five days” imprisonment. Nothing was said about compelling him to appear.-Reuter..
