TAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the above Court by Writ of Summons dated the 8th. day of December 1923 which Writ is endorsed as follows:-
The Plaintiffs' claim is against the Defendants for the 'sum of $28,077.00 as drawers of a cheque dated the 30th
November 1923 on the Interna'i nal Benzing Corporation and Nod. 365305 in favour of the Plaintiffs which was "dishonoured on presentation. Notice of such ilishonour
has been given to the Defendants"
