He says Labour aims to strengthen the League of Nations and help Europe to remove the difficulties that prevent Russia becoming normal With the exception of the Times and the Morning Post, none of the morning papers comment editorially on Mr. Ramsay Macdonald's speech.

The Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail have editorials warning the Liberals of the gravity of their responsibility, if they put a Socialist minority in office, the Daily Mail painting a gloomy picture of the as they have consequences if the Socialist rank and file insist, threatened, on pensions for all.
