GIGANTIC CATERING. The entire catering arrange- ments for the British Empire Exhibition have been placed in the hands of Messi: J. Lyons and Co. Limited. Some idea of the magnitude of the task undertaken i may be realized when it is stated that seating accommodation has to be arranged for twenty-five thousand people, and meals have to be provided for an estimated total of 175,000 visitors daily, The authorities are counting on - there being thirty million visitors to the exhibition during the eight or nine months in which it will be open next year.
