The Senior Officer's ship is the Tarantula, and other| units are the Cicala, Moorhen, and Robin with the Math in re- serve at Hongkong. Commander Maxwell-Scott was relieved at Portsmouth recently in com. mand of a group of destroyers in reserve. He was promoted in 1918 after three years as second- in-command of the armed mer- chant cruiser Angorn for his services, and was awarded the D.'S. O.
