London, June 14.-The wooden open-air ward of the Ministry of Pensions Hospital at Birminghan has been burned down. Fifteen patients were in bed, mostly spinal Caacs, many being strapped to frames, on which they were car- ried out. Two perished, and five were injured, including two of the rescuers.
