Paris, June 10. It is semi-othicially alated that M. Poincare has notified the British Foreign Office of his willingness to sign a common Allied reply to the German note if such is confined to a request to the Reich to cease the policy of rebellion. If Germany fulfilled this condition France would be prepared to negotiate with the Allies with a view to reaching an agreement on the subject of reparations on the basis of the French memorandum of January.
