Washington, May 20. A statement presented to the mixed claims commission, established to fix the German war liabilities, has been published. It shows that the claims of the American Government and citizens total 1,479 million dollars, of which the Government claims 365 million. There is a list of 12,416 claimants, headed by claims arising from the sicking of the Lusitania, totalling over 22 million dollars. Germany has already admitted liability on this point.
