Peking,, May 16-Reuter learns that negotiations are proceeding between the Government and the Crisp Banking Group for a loan Boy, 10 Man of twenty-million dollars, to be advanced in two portions. Half of the first amount of ten-million dollars it to be applied to the re payment of the Pacific Develop ment Corporation, The Chicage Continental Bank and the Vickers and Marceni loans. The remain- ing fire-millions is to be utilised for administrative purposes. Dr. Hoselitz has been mentioned as the representative of the Crisp Group in Peking.-Reuter.
