REMNANTS OF KOLTCHAK'S ARMY.

In the House of Commcns, questioned relative to the relief of the remnants of Admiral Kolchak's army scattered in North Macchuria, Mr. Ronald McNeill said that while the government can sympathise with the plight of political refugees they cannot undertake a fresh, ñnancial burden. His Majesty's Consul Harbin, however, has been authorised to lend his good offices for the purpose of securing the return home of portion of the refugees.
