An action which is expected to last some days. commenced before the Chief Justice (Sir Wm. Rees-Davies), in the Supreme Gpart, this morning, arising out of the sale of a Marine Lot pro- perty and the paying over to a retiring partner in a "Chinese Erm his share of the business.

Plaintiff is Wong On Shing-tong alias Wong On-psk, represented by Mr. Eldon Potter (instructed by Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist). Defendants are the Yue Tak firm and Au Man-kit, the managing | partner, for whom Mr. F. C. Jenkin (instructed by Messrs. Lo and Lo) is appearing
