having Arrived from Naw York, vis ports, on Jan. 15th. consignees, are hereby notified that thair cargo is being landed at their risk into the Hazardous and/or Extra-Hazardous Go downs of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Con at Kowloon & stored at consig-. nees' risk.

Consignees of cargo must pre- duce an Import permit signed by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, Hongkong, before Bills of Lading will be counter- signed.

All broken, chafed and damag- ed cargo is to be left in the Godowns where i will be examined at 10a.m. on Jan. 20th. by the Company's Surveyor's Messrs. Anderson & Ashe.

All claims must be presented within thirty days of the steam- er's arrival here, after which they cannot be recognized. No claims will be recognised after the goods have left the Godowns, and cargo undelivered on and after Jan., 22nd. will be subject to rent. No fire insurance whatever will be effected.
