M. Rakowski, in an interview with the Lausanne correspondent of Le Matin, declared that it was Russia's intention to participate
in discussions besides the problem of the Straits (which discussion she bad especially been invited to attend).
As regards the Straits, M. Rakowski said. Russia favoured the passage of all vessels unhindered between the Black Sea and Mediterranean, but warships must not enter the Black Sea,
Russia would prefer the Straits to be controlled by the border- ing States rather than by the British Fleet. He suggested that the real freedom of the Straits was best ensured by putting them in
hands.

Those hardy tars liked the zestful flavor of Virginia tobacco. Starting from Jamestown, Virginia tobacco -taught all the world the pleasure of smoking. Originally no other to- bacco was cultivated.
Today there are many tobaccos; but, for cigarettes, Virginia is still the best liked. Virginia's golden sunshine and rich soil produce a0 appetizing freshness and a zestful taste that other tobaccos lack.
And in Old Mill cigarettes you smoke golden Virginia tobacco at its best. Try them today..
