Big Raid on a Village. Pathoi, Oct. 16.

A Pakhoi correspondent writes us as follows:

The troops occupying this territory, in moving about from plača to place, have suffered some severe attacks and the result of bis is that numbers of wounded have been brought into Pathoi from time to time.

Yesterday morning, at daylight. bandits and pirates surrounded a village named Yik Ma, which has a population if one thousand inhabitants. This place is about three miles to the south-east of Pakboi sad lies about two miles from the coast.

According to reports from the village people themselves, the place was surrounded by several hundreds of these marauders and they were guided in their move- ments by buglers.
