Lieutenant Allan T. G. Peaches has been appointed flag lieu- tenant on the Hawkins, flagship of the Commander-in-Chief of the China Station, from Sept. 10 next. Lieutenant Peaches was appoint--- ed & middy in 1915, and reached his present rank in March. 1919. He saw a good deal of hard work in the war and was wrecked once.

He was letterly with the Victory staff, at Portsmouth.
