A weighty expression of dpinion on the European situation and America's ach therewith has been issued by Governor Cox, three times Governiz of Ohio, and Democratic candidate against President Karding at the last Presidential election.

Governor Cox has been visiting the various capitals of Europe and meating leading statesmen. He has now reached England, and and breakfast with Mr. Lloyd George this morning.

As a result of his observations, Governor cox concludes that the nations of Europe have now reached a deadlick on the Reparu- tions question, and there seems to be no relief on this side of the Altic.
