HARBOUR LAUNCHES.

WITH a view to assisting work in the Harbour during the negotiations between those con- cerned in the present dispute, it has been arranzed to inaugurate a towing service to expedite the shipping and landing of cargo.

Commencing from to-day a towing launch will be stationed in the vicinity of Jardine's West Point Wharf to assist lighters and junks which should assemble there.
