The Council of the China Consortium held a two days' meeting at the cffices of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, Sir Charles Addis presiding lessrs. Delachaume. T. W. Lamont and Okubo were present. They discussed the grueral policy of the Consortium and the conclusións reached will be embodied in a report for submission to the groups cimposing the council.
