FORTUNE.
Leaves Nearly £2,000,000. A sum of £1.91819 has been left by Mr. Henry Greenwood Tetley, of 17 Avenue-road, Re- gent's Park, N.W., and of Alder- brook. Cranleigh. Surrey.
A native of Bradford, Mr.Tetley. was chairman of Messrs. Court- aalde, Ltd.. crepe and artificial silk manufacturers, and lately president of the Silk Association of Great Britain and Ireland.
At the time of his sudden death, on August 21 last. Mr. Tetley was 69 years of age. He was closely connected with main activities of the Federation of the British Industries.
Although he was known, to be a rich man, it was not generally believed, especially in view of the large sums which he had given Away of recent years. that Mr.
would Tatley's fortune
have amounted to so large a figure.
He states in his will that be had also made provision for his several children, both by gift and by settlement
