The Kailan Coal Mine, in China is reported to be in the market for chartering` steamere. It is also reported that the Hamaguchi Kisen Kaisha, of Kobe, contract- ed to charter the Taiyo-maru (4,000 toas) to Kailan to ba delivered in December-at-S charterage rate of 72.40 for two months.
