"SILVER STATE " having arrived from Seattle via parts, on 17th December consignees are hereby notified that their cargo is being landed at their risk into the Godowas of The Hon Shan Godown Co., Nos. 1and 2, Dundas St. Y■umati and stored at consignees' risk.
Consignees of cargo must pro- duce an Import permit signed by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, Hon-tong, before Bills of Lading will be counter- signed.
Allbroken, chafed and damaged cargo is to be left in the Godowas where it will be examined at 10 am. on 23rd Dec., by the Con Surveyors, Messrs. Goddard and Douglas.
All claims must be presented within thirty days of the steamer's arrival hare, after which they cannot be recognized. No claim will be recognized after the goods have left the Godowns, and cargo undelivered on and after Hih Dec., will be subject to rent.
No fire insurance whatever will be effected.
