SURVEY OF CHINA'S COAST. The Chinese Hydrographic Bureau, acting under the instruc- tion of the Ministry of Navy, bas formulated a definite plan for re- surveying the Coast of China. The Ministry has desiguated two warships, the yacht Lienking and the cruiser Tungcbi for this im- portant work, with the instruc- tion that it should be scientifically carried out.
