Rappe at the Arbuckle party in the St. Francis hotel San Francisco. where Miss Rappe sustained fatal injuries which led to a marder charge against Roscoe Arbuckle. film star. Mrs. Delconte swore to the complaint against Arbuckle, and is relied upon as chief witness for the prosecution.
