There are a large number of people who grousa about being domiciled in Hongkong, but there is one men at any rate. who is very fond of the place. name is Chan Fok and although banished four times, he persists in coming back agaio.
On Nov. 11th, 1916, he was banished for 10 years, but it was not long before he was again back in the Colony. The next time, Nov. 15th, 1917, he was banisted for life. but he again returned and was banished for the third time on June 2nd, 1919. Dis. covered back in Hongkong, on March 25th last year, he sentenced to one year's hard labour, and at the end of that time he was again banished for life.
Was
Chen was found in the Colony again in September of this year and appeared before the Chief Justice. Sir Wm. Roes-Davies, at the Criminal Sessions this morning charged with disobeying the deportation order.

Prisoner was sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
