After hearing the report of the Portuguese representative on the abolition of opium" traffic, Committee number five of the League adopted a motion by Professor Gilbert Murray, one of South Africa's representatives, inviting the various Governments to farnish the Secretariat General with an annual report on the subject, including Information for the suppression of illicit trafficking in opium and other drugs.
