IMPROVEMENT IN SHIPPING TRADE.
The Earopean shipping run is teadily improving to the great relief of Japanese shipowAATS. Exports of wheat, beans, and bean oil from China are active and the N.Y. K. and 0.3.K. liners are filled with cargoes of the com modities. Unsubsidised ship owners have not yet made up their minds to take part in the service. 29 they have fears obtained of only small shipments being the homeward Toyage. Tha
