BOLSHEVISTS FORGE CUINESE BONDS.

of

A report from London says:- A discovery has been made of Bolshevist forgeries the Chinese bonds issued in Paris in 1895. The forgeries are under- stood to be clumsy because the coupons which have been pre- sented relate to bonds which have been drawn and cancelled. The opinion is expressed that very few of these forged bonds have been brought in London.
