CORRESPONDENCE.

[To the Editor of the “Ho ngkang Telegraph".]

A Correction.

Dear Sir. I regret that thərə was an error in my statement at the last Sanitary Board meeting with reference to Infantils Mortality in Hongkong. In the last paragraph of my statement I should have said that out of 1456 births attended by regis tered midwives during the first four months of 1921 there were 85. females barn to every 100 males, whereas by arror I made it appear that 85.7 per cent of these births were of females.

You may care to publish this correction.

Yours, etc.
