From JAPAN PORTS. The above named Steamer nr. rived on Monday the 23rd inst. Consignoes of cargo are hereby notified to present their Bills of Lading for countersignature, and take immediate delivery from alongside steamer or the Com. pany's Godown, where all cargo impeding immediate discharge will be landed at Consignoes' risk.

Storage will be assessed on cargo remaining undelivered after Monday, 30th May, 1921.

All broken, chafed and damaged packages will be landed into the Company's Godown, where same will be examined on Wednesday,

the 1st June, 192: at 11 am.

No claims will be recognised after the goods have left the steamer or Godown, and none will be entertained if presented later than three weeks after arrival of steamer.

Consignees of cargo must pro- duce an Import permit signed by the Superintendent of Importa and Exports, Hongkong, bofore Bill of Lading will be counter- signed.

All broken, chafed and damaged cargo is to be left in the Godowns where it will be examined at 10 a.m. on 28th inst. by the Co Surveyors, Messrs. Goddard and Douglas.

All claims must be presented within thirty days of the steamer's arrival hore, after which they cannot be recognized. No claim will be recognized after the goods have left the Godowns, and cargo undelivered on and after 30th inst. will be subject to rent.

No fire insurance whatever will be effected.

Consignees are requested to sond in their Bills of Lading for countersignature immediately.
