Hera is shown the reinforcement of a concreto lighter being built by Etablissments Brossard Mopin, for their own use, in their abipyard at Hunghom. The lighter will be 70 feet in length, have a deadweight tonnage of 80 tons and be fitted with a 50 horse-power Miller gasolene motor.
