JAPANESE CENSOH SUPPRESSES MAGAZINE

The latest issue of Japan ant Japanese, a bi-monthly magazine of some influence on politics and social affairs, states a Tokyo (Message, has been suppressed ou account of an article dealing with the question of the marine cable at Yap Island. The article, is understood to have been a straight talk which would have rang unpleasantly in American ears. The writer acathingly criticized the American attitude toward the cable question, and went so far as to describe. America' as a "highway robber who, not satisfied with having knocked down-a passer-by, was bent on seizing áll. bis valuables."
