What with the greater import ance acquired by Japan in warld politics and what with the tice of many new States in the world, (saps the diji, dapan is faced with

the necessity of establishingi several new Legations. The estimates for the opening of the new Legationgs in Poland and | Greece have already been Võted

and it is expected that the. Min- Listers to preside over these Lega- tions will soon be appointed. Besides these Legations, Japan will have to establish Legation at Constantinople, in
