TROUBLE IN HUNGARY.

Londoo, Jans 24. :.

A boycott of Hungary is proclaimed by the International Trade Union Conference at Amsterdam owing to the white terrer in Hungary which has led to the stoppage of railway, postal, and telegraphic com- munication between Austria and Hungary. Non-social democrat rail waymen in Austría are opposing the strike and succeeded in getting a train through. Consequently Vienna railwaymen struck, completely holding up Austrian goods and traffic. Meanwhile Hungary is re- taliating by withholding supplies from Austria.
