REPARATION BY GERMANY.

ALLIES DECIDE ON THE SUM.

London, Jane 21. The Conference at Boulogne as regards reparations has agreed upon the principle that the annual minimum payment by Germany be there milliards of gold marks, or nominally £150,000,000 yearly. or a total of £4,500,000,000.

OTHER DECISIONS,

London, June 3.

A Baulogne communique says the Conference considered the Turkish question and decided that the Turkish reply to the draf carditions of peace must be returned by the date previously fixed Damaly June 26.

The Conference approved of certain military messares concerted by Marshal Foch and General Wal-on to meet the situation in the area of Constantinople and the Straits, and decided to invite delegates From Greece, Poland, Portugal, Rumania. The Conference approved of the terms of the Allied communic ation to Germany drafted by Marshal Foch and General Wilson requiring the fullment of the clauses of the Treaty of Versailles dealing with disarmament, destruction of military material an reduction of effectives which so far have not bees either execute. or incompletely executed.
