RESTORING A BOMBED CHURCH. Princess Christain has given her patronage to the fund for the rebuilding of St. Augustine's Church, Leytonstone, Essex. The church, which is in a poor neigh- bourhood, was heavily bombed

and set on fire in a German air raid on August 17, 1915, and great damage resulted.
