The net profits for the period, in- luding $3,279,611.48, balance brought forward from last account, fter paying all charges, deducting interest paid and due, and making provision for bad and doubtful se counts and contingencies, amount : $10,666,473.57. The Directors re- commend the transfer of $2,000,000 from the Profit and Less Accouc to credit of the Silver Reserv Fund, which Fund will then stand at $28,000,000.
