The s.s. WEST IVIS, a U. S. Shipping Board vessel consigned to Messrs. Struthers and Dixon, came into port yesterday with 9,191 bales of hemp from Seattle via Manila-Mooring, B 27.

The Norwegian boat PROS- PER, returned this morning from Saigon with 2,747 tons of rice.

The SUN TAK, Portuguese, owned, also arrived this morning from Saigon with 900 tons of rice. She experienced strong north-east winds.-Mooring, C40. From Liverpool the N. Y. K., TAMMA MARU, brought 8,268 tons of through and 554 tons of
