NOTICE TO CONSIGNEES

The Steamship

"WAWALONA" having arrived from Portland Ore via ports, on January 9th, con- signees are hereby notified that their cargo is being landed at their risk into the Hazardous and/or Extra-Hazardous Go- downs of the Hongkong and Kow. Joan Wharf and Godown Co., Ltd., Kowloon, and stored at consignees' risk.

Consignees of cargo must pro- duce an Import permit signed by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, Hongkong, before Bills of Lading will be counter- signed.

All broken, chafed and damaged cargo is to be left in the Godowns where it will be examined at 10 a.m. on January 14th by the com- pany's Surveyors, Messrs. God- Jard and Douglas.

All claims must be presented within thirty days of the steamer's arrival here, after which they can- not be recognized. No claims will be recognized after the goods have left the Godowns, and cargo undelivered on and after January 17th will be subject to rent.
